Here's what I've found about getting info. on a bill in Congress. This particular example is for a Resolution called for by Barbara Boxer. It's not the Congressional Record, but it may be helpful to some of you. Steve Langer ************************************************************************* (1) Call Legislative Research at (202) 225-1772 M-F 8:30 - 5:30. Ask them for the number of Representative Boxer's House Resolution which would prohibit sexual orientation in the Military. While you're on the phone, tell the person who answers that there is a companion Resolution in the U.S. Senate, but you don't know the author. Ask the operator if you can have the Senate Resolution number too. (2) Call and/or Write for copies. They're free.
